Evolution Interiors is a company dedicated to the manufacture of kitchens, custom made joinery and contemporary furniture. Delivering work of the highest quality and distinction is our aim with every project we complete. Our work represents a mix of experience, attention to detail and the best available products to complete a special result.

We work closely with our clients to help achieve the best possible result regardless of how big or small the job may be. We will work with your plans if supplied or direct you to our designer to provide you with the services required. While the quality of the end result is our main focus, communication with our clients throughout manufacture and installation is important to help the process run smoothly.

Our manufacturing is based around the principles of proven construction methods, quality materials and hardware that meet the standards required for our furniture. Accuracy and attention to detail is also paramount in creating the end result. Each piece of furniture that comes out of our factory is individually made and quite personal to each client.

THE TEAM

Our team consists of qualified, experienced manufacturers who are passionate about the furniture and joinery they produce and take real pride in the end result provided for our customers. Evolution Interiors was formed by Karl Kitchingham in 2004 with a background of 15 years in the joinery industry. Karl’s experience includes traditional timber joinery, kitchen joinery, shop fitting and furniture manufacture. It was Karl’s intention to establish a company that focuses on providing modern joinery and high quality occasional furniture to the leading retail stores throughout New Zealand. The success of Evolution Interiors is based on supplying a quality product, attention to detail, efficient service and communication with our customers.

The other members of the Evolution team are also an important part of its future. Personally selected by Karl as individuals who are experienced in the style of furniture and joinery we make, have strong work ethics and are dedicated to achieving high standards with their work. The future of this business is based around the people that make it all happen.
